Cancellation Policy

A 50% cancellation charge will be incurred for any bookings cancelled at least 48 hours prior to appointment. Cancellation within 24 hours will incur a 100% charge. In case the booking was for a big group, 8 guests or more or special arrangements have been made we will charge 50% for any bookings cancelled at least 21 days prior to appointment and 100% 7 days prior to appointment.
